1. Bombers move
2. Fighters move
a. Roll for initiative (all flights roll 2d6. Lowest moves first).
b. Mark targets at the end of all movement.3. Roll for continuing damage, if any.
4. Fire Phase (Firing is simultaneous)
a. Bombers fire
b. Fighters fire
c. Mark and roll for damage as needed.5. End of turn
